He will quickly determine whether he can help you, or refer you for a medical evaluation to co-manage or take control of your current health care need. Dr. O'Shea is committed to demonstrating what things you can do to help yourself, including: what activities to avoid, how to improve posture and help chronically tight, sore, aching muscles; and which spine stabilization exercises research shows work the best. More advanced rehabilitation exercise programs for enhanced sports performance are available as well, including referral to physical therapists, personal trainers and performance coaches. |
